Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Superior Slo-Syn 430-pto parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Warner-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Suspa-Movotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tajima product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Warner-Electric such as the SS2000PCI spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D4502334 manufactured by Suspa-Movotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Suspa-Movotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 103895728013 by Manufacturer Tajima as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sygnetron Brand 10D84710D847E in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sylvania such as QSFT353B equipment made by Sylvania have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sylvania products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sylvania" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KXC06020G made by Suruga-Seiki as well as the popular HS25E original spares produced by Superior

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M062LS0459 by Superior and QSFT353B spares by Sylvania are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SLEBC7EDENBD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Superlogics.
