Our services for the Sunx HL-D2C include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the HL-D2C if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our HL-D2C repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Symmetricom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Superior parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Suruga-Seiki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Symmetricom such as the 5605287 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M061FD6262 manufactured by Superior and we are pleased to be able to service most Superior systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K50160UM by Manufacturer Suruga-Seiki as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sutron Brand TP35NC066032 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Swagelok such as PTUSNC6023AC equipment made by Swagelok have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SF4BH6401D by Sunx and PTUSNC6023AC spares by Swagelok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
