Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Storsystem CE2106LG-18STP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tb-Wood-Ft.-S products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tci product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tb-Wood-Ft.-S such as the 32H200 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EP0406M13 manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KLR8CTB4 by Manufacturer Tci as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stromberg Brand 3400CB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Techno such as ISEL equipment made by Techno have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Techno products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Techno" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Sbt16S4VWA510 made by Swac as well as the popular 87100181 original spares produced by Systronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D47105 by Taptone-Power and ISEL spares by Techno are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OIH482000P8L65V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tamagawa.
