Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sti OF46-50-1745-Q1-X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stromberg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stromberg such as the SMCB1Y257546671H57601116D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CHHS4225DB187 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CHHS4175DCY187 by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sumitomo Brand CNVM24115YBB17 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sumitomo such as DK34150A equipment made by Sumitomo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sumitomo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sumitomo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FR75ZJ01161 made by Sumitomo as well as the popular CBF1P70 original spares produced by Stm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HM2211 by Sumitomo and DK34150A spares by Sumitomo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original m24502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stulz.
