Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Storsystem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sygnetron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MSF4800S301080X spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CE2106LG18STP manufactured by Storsystem and we are pleased to be able to service most Storsystem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASO28D54400 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sti Brand SGE245L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Szmwkj such as NST6000N400 equipment made by Szmwkj have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Szmwkj products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Szmwkj" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PH522F0500MT made by Stober as well as the popular PL10 original spares produced by Sulzer
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6510DFM by Takenaka and NST6000N400 spares by Szmwkj are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VW1M16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Strongarm.
