Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star SDC020LFB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sterling-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Star parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sti product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sterling-Electric such as the TMTR4156 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PI360 manufactured by Star and we are pleased to be able to service most Star systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS4304B4326801safety by Manufacturer Sti as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sti Brand MS4324BRMS4324BX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stearns such as 63423160951F equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MS46301215RFN made by Sti as well as the popular SCANDAC original spares produced by Stephan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 178530030 by Sti and 63423160951F spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
