Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star 1851-312-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sumitomo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Suetron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the MC730900RNS1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CNHMS1H6125YB59 manufactured by Sumitomo and we are pleased to be able to service most Sumitomo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 71678 by Manufacturer Suetron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Stegmann Brand DG60LRSR2046 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Synventive such as 52106461 equipment made by Synventive have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Synventive products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Synventive" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XH754PHA made by Sterling-Electric as well as the popular 1080S413128X original spares produced by Static-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LCCFBDC2U by Sti and 52106461 spares by Synventive are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P522SPR0150MT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stober.
