Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stahl 9611/ 51-11-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sti products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stelron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Star-Micronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sti such as the 432680360 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SFLGR21L056C12501 manufactured by Stelron and we are pleased to be able to service most Stelron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BSAMCOPBA04B3 by Manufacturer Star-Micronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Star-Automation Brand SPC1HD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sti such as LCM121SMCJ4714150X3 equipment made by Sti have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sti products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sti" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5076010D482934 made by Statuce as well as the popular PI480A original spares produced by Star-Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PI360 by Star and LCM121SMCJ4714150X3 spares by Sti are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5R4210L00F01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Stegmann.
