Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Smc RHCL40-840-73L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Smc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Square-D parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Solid product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Smc such as the RZQG32 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 8536SBO1V02 manufactured by Square-D and we are pleased to be able to service most Square-D systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 60010500 by Manufacturer Solid as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand FAL3610018M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Solids-Flow such as CD36650 equipment made by Solids-Flow have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Solids-Flow products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Solids-Flow" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8810SDO2S made by Square-D as well as the popular PT30 original spares produced by Spectral-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8536SBH2V03 by Square-D and CD36650 spares by Solids-Flow are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8536SGO1V7H666 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
