Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Smc NCQ2B32-25+40D-XC10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued South-Bend products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sony parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Spectrum product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader South-Bend such as the PA35035C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Dec42 manufactured by Sony and we are pleased to be able to service most Sony systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SOI200SQD120A8K485 by Manufacturer Spectrum as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hevi-duty Brand SDN2024480C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sorensen such as DCR609BM5 equipment made by Sorensen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sorensen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sorensen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VQ1200N51VVQ100010A1 made by Smc as well as the popular 80921351690 original spares produced by Solid-State-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1995 by Softrol and DCR609BM5 spares by Sorensen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MCR70 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sola.
