Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Skf NU-214-ECP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stober products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tb-Woods parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Stearns product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stober such as the K513WF0195MR250210 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 12BE manufactured by Tb-Woods and we are pleased to be able to service most Tb-Woods systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 104816101BP by Manufacturer Stearns as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Takamura Brand K6505KB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stober such as C102F0020MR200180 equipment made by Stober have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stober products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stober" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 206BQ050562 made by Sterling as well as the popular AL5051001A56C1 original spares produced by Spartan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 108703200BQF by Stearns and C102F0020MR200180 spares by Stober are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
