Sigma Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Sigma DIAS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Sigma DIAS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the DIAS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our DIAS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the ATV66D33N4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MC256S090 manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8539SCG44V81CFF4P1TX11 by Manufacturer Square-D as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has T-B-Woods Brand WFC40250CHT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as VT130G2U2220VT130G22220 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the N3410CU by Teco and VT130G2U2220VT130G22220 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
