Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nicolet products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nicolet such as the SIGMA60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKET40014E manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T700163504BY by Manufacturer Eupec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand SGDB1EADG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Eupec such as T718N14TOF equipment made by Eupec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eupec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eupec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available T2455B05503704 made by Intermec as well as the popular SKD21016 original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TS002E by Weiss and T718N14TOF spares by Eupec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM56S3000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen.
