Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP704L1 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM300E2U12F by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand CP9200H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Omron such as CV500II201 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DI8 made by Andover-Continuum as well as the popular CV500IC201 original spares produced by Omron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DDC012N050CDL0401FW by Indramat and CV500II201 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
