Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yogogawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the HMI5043T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 288004501 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UP55001 by Manufacturer Yogogawa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand CDNOM40008 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as AU9112 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SPX8D0V2 made by Square-D as well as the popular OPNC1 original spares produced by Fanuc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1024141 by Xycom and AU9112 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original A11474 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Barber-Colman.
