Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sew R87A-KS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Varvel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wolf-tec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Varvel such as the SRS70 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S12760 manufactured by Wolf-tec and we are pleased to be able to service most Wolf-tec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RF73240AFB7J by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dodge Brand TXT915T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as SK9042184TC equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nord products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nord" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TXT215T made by Dodge as well as the popular RF97DT100L2BH64HR original spares produced by Sew-eurodrive

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TMQ2321 by Grove and SK9042184TC spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SK321332 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nord.
