Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sensotec Sensotec - Model: Z/1035-05ZG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adkm products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensotec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sew product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adkm such as the AKM3EACDNC00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 31142604 manufactured by Sensotec and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensotec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RX67LP56 by Manufacturer Sew as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sew Brand 643437 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sew such as FH57CM112SBRTHVRAS1HKK equipment made by Sew have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sew products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sew" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MCV40A00305A300 made by Sew as well as the popular KT47DRE90L4LN original spares produced by Sew

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRD0017000D15 by Servotronix and FH57CM112SBRTHVRAS1HKK spares by Sew are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESU13 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew.
