Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seidel GSM57S-3000+G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Semikron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flexcell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensotec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Semikron such as the SKKT16114GE104X125DC044 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 100301200 manufactured by Flexcell and we are pleased to be able to service most Flexcell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature STJE188522 by Manufacturer Sensotec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sepro Brand 07S01016D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Berkeley-Process such as ASM121COA14NB10 equipment made by Berkeley-Process have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Berkeley-Process products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Berkeley-Process" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10000PSIG made by Senso-metrics as well as the popular G6451 original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DRM31248100S01 by Selpro and ASM121COA14NB10 spares by Berkeley-Process are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
