Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scott 40008484 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Seagate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semaphore-Kingfisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sensodec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Seagate such as the ST500DM002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP11II manufactured by Semaphore-Kingfisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Semaphore-Kingfisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 300F3020070B22Module12 by Manufacturer Sensodec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Seal-Master Brand NP24 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Siemens such as F003400111 equipment made by Siemens have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Siemens products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Siemens" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 856037GS91REV40856O37 made by Sed as well as the popular XE8253150 original spares produced by Bell--Howell

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C29208C29227C by Seco and F003400111 spares by Siemens are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
