Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sew products, including obsoleted and phased-out Servocity parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Servoland product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sew such as the 18262651 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HDA82 manufactured by Servocity and we are pleased to be able to service most Servocity systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SVEL124 by Manufacturer Servoland as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Seagull/sinano-Electric Brand 1122001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Serco such as 625040 equipment made by Serco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Serco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Serco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SMS made by Selema as well as the popular DFS56L original spares produced by Sew-Eurodrive
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R7FD71D4 by Sew-Eurodrive and 625040 spares by Serco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seek-Engineering-Corp..
