Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sandvik R245-100Q32-12M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schweitzer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schaevitz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sanyo-Remex product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schweitzer such as the 40588U spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6000XSB10326 manufactured by Schaevitz and we are pleased to be able to service most Schaevitz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RLC741B by Manufacturer Sanyo-Remex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sanyo-Denk Brand PRS1593D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sanmotion such as SM2862 equipment made by Sanmotion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanmotion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanmotion" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 52449 made by Schneider as well as the popular E242293 original spares produced by Sartorious

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M30003000 by Selco and SM2862 spares by Sanmotion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPBA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sealmaster.
