Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rosemount 32B5241X032 , VCIA , VMW CIA , DH7631X1- parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fisher-Rosemount product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the 41B0985X02R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DM6003X1GA2C3 manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12P0552X132 by Manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Flex-kleen Brand T5210 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as CL6922X1B1 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FCCFBM4E7CDAFM004 made by Flex-Cable as well as the popular 12P2062X022 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CL7015X1A3 by Fisher and CL6922X1B1 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 43B5797X042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fisher-Rosemount.
