Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ritter K974-25E-4510Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robinson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robohand parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robinson such as the 121500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DLB25LC4 manufactured by Robohand and we are pleased to be able to service most Robohand systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RL607A by Manufacturer Rl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Robicon Brand 460G2202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robo-Cylinder such as RCPCSSRI equipment made by Robo-Cylinder have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robo-Cylinder products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robo-Cylinder" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NET3640 made by Dart-Controls as well as the popular M4294SA original spares produced by Robbins

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CB900L by Rkc and RCPCSSRI spares by Robo-Cylinder are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original X950317 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Robohand.
