Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rice RL20000B-1.5K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rollway parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rla product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rosemount such as the 3051CD1A02A1AS5E5M5 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MU530972 manufactured by Rollway and we are pleased to be able to service most Rollway systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HYME5325X984B138SMBHN1414 by Manufacturer Rla as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand 3051S2CG1A2A11A1AD1E5M5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Robotron such as 50320333 equipment made by Robotron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Robotron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Robotron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NS9S made by Roland as well as the popular NG360 original spares produced by Rieker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3626 by Rosemount and 50320333 spares by Robotron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 888973 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rockford-Ball-Screw.
