Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rice RL20000B-1.5K parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Robo-Cylinder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rosemount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rootech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Robo-Cylinder such as the RCSCR7530I60GS2L50MBA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 755R manufactured by Rosemount and we are pleased to be able to service most Rosemount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACCURA3500S by Manufacturer Rootech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Robertshaw Brand 563AA1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rofin such as 226076 equipment made by Rofin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rofin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rofin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available cMT3103 made by Rohtek as well as the popular RCPSA5IL100NEU original spares produced by Robo-Cylinder

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Idpwm by Robicon and 226076 spares by Rofin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
