Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Techno products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schlumberger product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Techno such as the KR55MS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ATV58EU41N4U manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 054000 by Manufacturer Schlumberger as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tol-o-matic Brand BC2234047 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGDS01A12A equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XP80 made by Taktomat as well as the popular NT20142A2 original spares produced by Sumitomo
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SA3100R025AXL6R by Rockwell and SGDS01A12A spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
