Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Radisys EXP-VID-B,61-0654-22,B00350044 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Control-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Honeywell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Control-Techniques such as the M15514ICDQ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC192F50NM manufactured by Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MMS1 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand K10C20 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boser such as HS2605 equipment made by Boser have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boser products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boser" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IP4GVI63 made by Ipox as well as the popular MC5 original spares produced by Siemens

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F300S by Omron and HS2605 spares by Boser are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IS200VTCCH1C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
