Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teknic such as the TG540115TG540117 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3500100 manufactured by Puma and we are pleased to be able to service most Puma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0599R3 by Manufacturer Qsi as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Qmc Brand 23DCMTE2085 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stearns such as 463000015 equipment made by Stearns have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stearns products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stearns" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3150N2 made by Prosoft as well as the popular QCSIGNITION original spares produced by Arplas-Systems
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4581MBE3104 by Qmc and 463000015 spares by Stearns are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MV146 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Prosoft.
