Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Prometec 0.97.220.LVP1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pyle-National product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the IPE10215T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IBS1 manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JWPLD86046PR by Manufacturer Pyle-National as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Quailty Brand 360B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ptc such as NT3223D equipment made by Ptc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ptc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ptc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PWA100313707X made by Pwa as well as the popular 6022038 original spares produced by Pyrotronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QC26TI1003003 by Qbell and NT3223D spares by Ptc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original QMB363TW Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
