Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface AGP3600-T1-D24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fadal products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mazatrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fadal such as the 402088HS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A9GTBUSS manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T322M32BT323T32BM1 by Manufacturer Mazatrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand 8030CRM510 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 2711M3A18L12711M3A19L1 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JZ1011PT15 by Unitronics and 2711M3A18L12711M3A19L1 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original V12022RA22 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unitronics.
