Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface AGP3300H-S1-D24-RED parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Promicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Prosoft product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Promicon such as the CPU43 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PVT manufactured by Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Racine-Hydraulics--Machinery-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5105DFCMPDPS by Manufacturer Prosoft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Raytek Brand RAYET2LTSFJWC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ratoc-Systems such as PHI8 equipment made by Ratoc-Systems have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 318003402GP2301TC4124V by Pro-face and PHI8 spares by Ratoc-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
