Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Powertec C7.5AR4CH000NNNN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Brooks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Insul-8 parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Siemens product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks such as the CLMCEX spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CA12628 manufactured by Insul-8 and we are pleased to be able to service most Insul-8 systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C98043 by Manufacturer Siemens as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Parker Brand D1VW030BNYCH in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Direct-Logic such as D310B1 equipment made by Direct-Logic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Direct-Logic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Direct-Logic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CPCRMR22C made by Yaskawa as well as the popular D07122CE021 original spares produced by Ramsey-Tech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM300E3Y12E by Mitsubishi and D310B1 spares by Direct-Logic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D1331 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Dgh.
