Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pressline such as the BICCBEPLB98784441CBM24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C10035N4CAH000 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P204DAL2 by Manufacturer Optimation-Inc as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Precitec Brand P031685000001ZEEG316EXT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Praxair such as SM8100 equipment made by Praxair have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Praxair products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Praxair" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 22120 made by Pressco as well as the popular 9202003 original spares produced by Pr-Electronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SP5B41 by Proface and SM8100 spares by Praxair are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
