Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Placid B150-CMS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sumitomo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Watlow parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sumitomo product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sumitomo such as the CHH6140Y6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BHN715C5W9 manufactured by Watlow and we are pleased to be able to service most Watlow systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CNHJS6125E29G by Manufacturer Sumitomo as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Emerson Brand E433S06151593N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Leeson such as BM82660L56 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EKK008B5 made by Bauer as well as the popular BP5632 original spares produced by Dynacorp

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CNHJ6105Y119 by Sumitomo and BM82660L56 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DFV100M4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-eurodrive.
