Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pizzato CS AR-05M024 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pizzato products, including obsoleted and phased-out Porter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Portwell product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pizzato such as the NG2D6D611AF31K110LP60 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 201STP211C201STP211C manufactured by Porter and we are pleased to be able to service most Porter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ROBO8820VG2ROBO8820EPXL520C by Manufacturer Portwell as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Posital Brand OCDDPC1B1212C100H3P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerflo such as B33936 equipment made by Powerflo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powerflo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powerflo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 53511100B0000 made by Power-Process-Controls as well as the popular MAP1301024 original spares produced by Power-one

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1831805630 by Porter and B33936 spares by Powerflo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5612D1010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Ten.
