Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix UM 45-FLK50/PLC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pittway parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Hewlett-Packard product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PDP67F4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SA4120XMPFW8839 manufactured by Pittway and we are pleased to be able to service most Pittway systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CA29202991 by Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pilz Brand 302064 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pillar such as AB4174 equipment made by Pillar have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pillar products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pillar" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8480562 made by Pitney-Bowes as well as the popular PM9811B12006 original spares produced by Power-Measurement

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the mdl25mk1 by Piab and AB4174 spares by Pillar are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSS1DI2OZ Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
