Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mectrol-Corporation such as the E05551 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DH052060E4N01 manufactured by Quality-Import and we are pleased to be able to service most Quality-Import systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CK50E1W1126A60LEF by Manufacturer Regal-beloit as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pacific-Scientific Brand CW00029 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hubner such as D10967 equipment made by Hubner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hubner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hubner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D050S1 made by Delco as well as the popular DXE4120CB original spares produced by Emerson
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E541 by Reliance and D10967 spares by Hubner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
