Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Panasonic FP1-E24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mcfadden-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Maxitron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mbm product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mcfadden-Systems such as the 30412 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DACPU71 manufactured by Maxitron and we are pleased to be able to service most Maxitron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1019224 by Manufacturer Mbm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Panasonic Brand P337K034 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Matsushita such as AED51842 equipment made by Matsushita have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Matsushita products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Matsushita" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available S20124 made by Mean-Well as well as the popular UT300DAD31 original spares produced by Emme

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17011002 by Mcgill and AED51842 spares by Matsushita are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B8401 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Maxsee.
