Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec MAC-DE011C2/IB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Foxboro parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD071BN040N2T095PB0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P0972KA0A manufactured by Foxboro and we are pleased to be able to service most Foxboro systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPL8316B74E by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Modicon Brand MMPM22200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ormec such as ORN70CFEHS equipment made by Ormec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ormec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ormec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NC670RT made by Square-D as well as the popular MODEL5005 original spares produced by Bay-Networks

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NPSA103MUE1CS by Actus-Power and ORN70CFEHS spares by Ormec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDSC1CV110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi.
