Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec MAC-A030CK1A MACA030CK1A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ew-Hof product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M3159T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M10156949 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KS0853200R02KK65F by Manufacturer Ew-Hof as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gettys Brand M135H6CA900F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Superior such as M091LF06C5006 equipment made by Superior have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Superior products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Superior" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available M3600 made by Baldor as well as the popular M3603 original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LM24265 by Lincoln and M091LF06C5006 spares by Superior are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M7070T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
