Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oriental products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Samsung product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oriental such as the 4IK25GNSHwith4GN30RAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2IK6RGNC2GN50K manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LTM150XST01 by Manufacturer Samsung as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental Brand 4GV75AUA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Orbex such as HPM1300620001 equipment made by Orbex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UPH596TG30B by Vexta and HPM1300620001 spares by Orbex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UDX5107 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental.
