Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EZHS6A40 manufactured by Oriental-Motor and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental-Motor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 77319D18 by Manufacturer Ph as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Parker Brand 106041P10M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Panametrics such as MCHTD33 equipment made by Panametrics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panametrics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panametrics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CD2215485 made by Optex as well as the popular NFDH11 original spares produced by Optex
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5622LR by Opto-Sigma and MCHTD33 spares by Panametrics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
