Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron V530-R150E-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bindicator parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Appleton-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the WRD4001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VRF1A8G1ALRF110072 manufactured by Bindicator and we are pleased to be able to service most Bindicator systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EFD175J1U1 by Manufacturer Appleton-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand Z300S10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Abb such as YB560103CE24 equipment made by Abb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Abb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Abb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VUO16018NO7 made by Ixys as well as the popular XEC3001 original spares produced by Kmc-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V530R160H by Omron and YB560103CE24 spares by Abb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WF2C40200D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tb-Woods.
