Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron NT620C-ST142B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Autotech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sonstige parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cutler-Hammer product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Autotech such as the SACM1020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCD7D170 manufactured by Sonstige and we are pleased to be able to service most Sonstige systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PGGLOBL1701DPRO1785T by Manufacturer Cutler-Hammer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand SOI260AL040NP2X in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ge such as QPI2D100L2P equipment made by Ge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QuickPanelGP2301LG4124V made by Ge as well as the popular PanelViewC300 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PCS090PWIN by Lauer and QPI2D100L2P spares by Ge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OK400D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hernis.
