Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron H8PS-8 AF H8PS8AF parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sunx products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rs-Oemax-Allen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Schiele product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sunx such as the SLT16C1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bradley manufactured by Rs-Oemax-Allen and we are pleased to be able to service most Rs-Oemax-Allen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2577983 by Manufacturer Schiele as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Schubert Brand 9012610 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Allen-Bradley such as 2711PT10C6B1 equipment made by Allen-Bradley have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Allen-Bradley products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Allen-Bradley" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 310009 made by Unico as well as the popular 7760048002 original spares produced by Weidmuller

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OP9001 by Optimate and 2711PT10C6B1 spares by Allen-Bradley are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711B6C10B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
