Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron H3DE-M224-230V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pilz product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the sb2NB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC1F265 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PNOXX8P by Manufacturer Pilz as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Albright Brand SW1000A7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Shamrock such as TC1D6511T6 equipment made by Shamrock have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shamrock products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shamrock" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LD1LB030BLB1LB03P07 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular XTCE012B10 original spares produced by Eaton

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LC1D32U7 by Scheider-Electric and TC1D6511T6 spares by Shamrock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original YS3N20FG211D024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Idec.
