Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron FZ2-305-10 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Microscan product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the LAM02240AC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L5201202 manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GMV68001032G by Manufacturer Microscan as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-bradley Brand MEAD5KP4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Domino such as L012643 equipment made by Domino have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Domino products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Domino" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HL2IMA16C made by Square-D as well as the popular JANCDYIF011E original spares produced by Yaskawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD093BN030N2L110GA0 by Indramat and L012643 spares by Domino are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC695PMM335 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge-Fanuc.
