Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omega PX103Z0001-100G10V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Perceptron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the R911305499 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9120007 manufactured by Perceptron and we are pleased to be able to service most Perceptron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature OS32CSN by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rechner Brand KSA2502M115VAC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 0115100110033 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available AZM200SKT1P2P made by Schmersal as well as the popular RAYTXSLTSF original spares produced by Raytek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B1J030 by Opteon and 0115100110033 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E6FAG5CC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
