Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nsk LAH25EMZ-K1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Obara products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Okuma product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Obara such as the 105D06174L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDLA207QOO manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature E4800T10001A by Manufacturer Okuma as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Okuma Brand FUBDRII in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Numatics-Numation such as SH7501LB13CS4 equipment made by Numatics-Numation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Numatics-Numation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Numatics-Numation" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YSB2020KN001 made by Nsk as well as the popular W1601MA original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CKD1KG by Omega and SH7501LB13CS4 spares by Numatics-Numation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original OK3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ok3-Sti-Adjustable-Horizontal-Safety-Lo.
