Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Novellus 02-278581-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Resolver parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Robertshaw product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the F3SNA0757P25L spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 11BRCT300F58A5 manufactured by Resolver and we are pleased to be able to service most Resolver systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 900GA1201 by Manufacturer Robertshaw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sick Brand 30FGS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Panasonic such as YD350RF equipment made by Panasonic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Panasonic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Panasonic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NHC made by Paper as well as the popular KAEMF60 original spares produced by Promess

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EVT6010 by Rhg and YD350RF spares by Panasonic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IPTFP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pepperl.
